The Q& A started routinely, however, this one question in particular had an emotional impact on Ms Ross when someone asked her a particular question, which I couldn't quite catch because of the distance I was at but her response was from the heart and brought tears to her eyes. Afterwards, she changed the encore from "Reach Out and Touch" to "The Best Years Of my Life" and she sung with such beauty and emotionally. The words of the song reflecting what she had said in the Q&A. As someone from the audience kept screaming: "Bravo."
