My Lamb Gola kebabs are delicious and made from minced lamb

They are so healthy and great for weightloss, they are fried in just a light lacing of oil cook in their own juices

They can be enjoyed with naan, roti or salad and any dips of your choice


Ingrediants :-

1kg Lamb Mince
1 egg
3 tbs Bread Crumbs
1 tbs Garlic Ginger Paste
1-2 tsp Crushed Red Chillies
1-2 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Salt
Fresh chopped coriander
Fresh Mint
3-5 Fresh Green Chillies
Red Onion (Garnish)
Lemon Juice (Garnish)



Method of preparing :-


Start by popping lamb mince and the egg into a bowl

Add in the bread crumbs and the garlic ginger paste next add red crushed chillies, garam masala and the salt

Chop the fresh coriander, mint leaves and green chillies and add them into the bowl

Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly

You can adjust the spices to your own taste buds

Now take small amounts of mince into your hand using the back end of a ladle just wrap the meat around to form a small ball with a hole in the centre

Lace your frying pan with a little oil and place the moulded kebab balls and fry off gently on low heat

Turning the sides periodically so they are cooked all over

Now get an iron griddle and heat up
Drizzle a little oil place the kebabs on for sizzle

Garnish with sliced chillies and red onion
Sprinkle a little coriander and squeeze a little lemon juice
Now drizzle some tamarind sauce on top

Serve with nan bread and chutney
Enjoy
