MASH is a classic American TV series that aired from 1972 to 1983 , blending comedy and drama to depict the lives of doctors and staff at a Mobile Army Surgical Hospital during the Korean War. The show became a cultural landmark for its sharp wit, emotional depth, and anti-war themes.

Loretta Swit played Major Margert "Hot Lips" Houlihan, a strong, disciplined head nurse whose character evolved from a strict army officer to a more compassionate and independent leader. Her performance earned her two Emmy Awards and solidified her as one of the most respected actresses of the 1970's and 80's television. Her legacy on MASH remains a defining part of the show's emotional core and cultural impact.

Jaime Farr portrayed Corporal Maxwell Q. Klinger, a lovable, cross dressing orderly who constantly tried to get discharged by pretending to be insane, but over time, Klinger evolved into a loyal, hard working company clerk, adding a unique layer of humor and humanity to the series. Jaime brought a piece of himself into the role. Klinger's hometown was even changed to Toledo to reflect Farr's own roots.
