Speakers:

Dr. Aria Fallah is a pediatric and adult neurosurgeon who practices at UCLA Mattel Children's Hospital and Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Westwood. Dr. Fallah is board-certified in neurosurgery by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons and board-certified by the American Board of Pediatric Neurological Surgery. Additionally, he holds the position of associate professor of neurosurgery and pediatrics at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.

He serves on the board of directors of the Pediatric Epilepsy Surgery Alliance and formerly served on the registry advisory board for the Alliance's Global Pediatric Epilepsy Surgery Registry.

Dr. Scellig Stone is Co-Director of the Epilepsy Center, and Director of Epilepsy, Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery at Boston Children's Hospital. He is also an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery at Harvard Medical School.

His practice is focused mainly on functional disorders in children, including treatments for movement disorders, spasticity, and epilepsy, with a focus on advance minimally invasive techniques such as MRI-guided laser ablation, deep brain stimulation, stereoelectroencephalography, and neuroendoscopy.

He holds both a medical degree and a PhD in neuroscience from the Institute of Medical Science at the University of Toronto, training that gives him a unique perspective on the treatment of neurosurgical patients. He completed the Shillito Pediatric Neurosurgical Fellowship at Boston Children's Hospital in 2014.
