材料: Ingredients:
6碗米饭 - 6 bowl of rice
适量的 午餐肉 - Desired Amount of luncheon meat
1粒大葱 - 1 pcs onions
2汤匙 蒜末 - 2tbsp minced garlic
适量的 虾米 - Desired Amount of dried shrimp
适量的黄梨 - Proper Amount of Pineapple
8条 长豆 8 Long beans
3条 红辣椒 - 3 red chili
1条半腊肠 - 1½ roll Chinese sausage
少许 鱼露 - dash of fish sauce
半茶匙 胡椒粉 - ½ tsp white pepper
半茶盐 - ½ tsp salt
少许 油 - dash of Oil
适量 黑酱油 - Desired Amount of black soy sauce
两汤匙蚝油 - 2tbsp oyster sauce
三粒 鸡蛋 - 3 egg
少许 酱油 - dash of soy sauce
