Not overly fond of this trail.Starting from the Cross Roads Parking lot, I did half of the loop then ventured on a side trail to see Spring Valley Pond( which does have it’s own separate parking lot ). then I turned around and went in reverse, taking some side trails to find a point of interest I had been told about but never found( adding 45 minutes and extra mile).Today was unexpectedly hot and humid as well. I would recommend starting at the Folklife parking lot and going later in the day .
