[OUTDATED, READ DESCRIPTION] Isles of Sea and Sky - Shoal% glitchless in just under

UPDATE: This island has been reworked in the 1.2 update. The solution in this video is now obsolete. However, a future rendition of this puzzle will return in a new area someday, according to the dev.

Description before the update:
Just a heads up, audio quality isn't really the best. You may hear loud chirps throughout the video because the default Microsoft video recording software + my laptop is just that bad.

Onto the run: Shoal% is a category that I made up that has the player getting the star in Eastern Shoal (one of the most puzzles of all time, if I may add) as fast as possible. Definitely needs improvement though. For instance, this run would benefit from better routing and execution. But almost getting a 1337 time through an unrouted run is definitely one of the most coincidences of all time.
