Data Centre 27 Way 3 Phase KWH Meter | Repair Shop Couldn't Fix It - Can I?

A Subscriber called Alex sent me a Schleifenbauer Data centre 27 way 3 phase KWH meter. They have 30 of them, and a few have gone faulty with the same fault. He took one to a local repair shop but they were unable to do anything with it. Let's have a look at it, see if we can find the problem and hopefully repair it!

I'm not an expert, but I do enjoy trying to fix things.
