🏠 3 Must-Haves in Our Home Design 🌟

When creating the floor plan for our custom home, there were 3 things that we really wanted to include:

1️⃣ Cathedral Windows in the Living Room: I’ve always loved big vaulted ceilings and windows. So I made sure to incorporate them into our living room. These grand windows fill the space with natural light and are make a huge statement.

2️⃣ Large Utility Spaces: Our pantry and laundry room are not just afterthoughts – they’re spacious and functional. With tons of space for storage, these utility spaces are an essential for me.

3️⃣ Playroom: A dedicated space for our kids to play and let their imaginations run wild. Sure, the toys may not stay there for long, but having a designated play area keeps everything organized and gives them room to be kids.

With these must-haves, our home is not just functional, but also a reflection of our family’s needs and style. 🏡✨
