Video शुरू करने से पहले, I would like to give a brief introduction about myself, my name is Sachin Kumar and I work as a Senior Occupational Therapist in the UK. I have completed my master’s degree from UK, and I am a registered health care professional in UK & USA. I live in the UK since year 2009 however, every year I visit my home country “India”.

संक्षेप में, आइए पहले चर्चा करें कि मैंने COVID-19 से क्या सीखा है। जब कोविड शुरू हुआ तो मैं लंदन के one of the busiest hospital में काम कर रहा था और मुझे कोविड वार्ड में तैनात किया गया था। It was very difficult and emotional situation. ' मैंने कई युवा मरीजों को देखा है जो कोविड-19 से ठीक हो रहे थे, लेकिन अचानक उनकी हालत खराब होने लगी और अंत निराशाजनक रहा। मैंने कई ऐसे Old COVID-19 patient भी देखे हैं जो गंभीर रूप से बीमार थे, हालाँकि, अंत में वे पूरी तरह से ठीक हो गए।
I learnt healthy lifestyle is very important to be healthy. I wanted to live this lifestyle however it must be self-sustainable and effective. Luckily, I got opportunity to interview more than 10 patients who were more than 100 years old. You heard correctly! At the age of 100 they were quite fit and healthy. I was very curious to know the secret behind their fit life. The most common factors were being very close to nature, they believed in chemical free lifestyle, they included fresh fruits and vegetables in their diet (no processed food), practiced regular exercise and engaged themselves in meaningful activities.


This COVID era led me to develop an interest in our natural science. I started reading so many books, literature, research related to Yoga, Ayurveda, Naturopathy. It was an eye opener for me. Some ancient book revealed “food as a medicine”. The same thing my grandfather used to tell me when I was young that “food is a real medicine” which I never understood. My grandfather planted more than 100 trees of various type of fruits. He used to say if you eat these fruits, you will never ever see a doctor because for him healthy food was only a medicine. He used to say eat maize and other grains but not wheat as it is not good for health. He was an expert in herbal medicine and very knowledgeable. His advice somewhat got lost in this modern era however, truth is the truth which can’t be hidden. Working in Covid wards made me realise that, how important is to have a healthy lifestyle to fight such health issues as medicines can’t fix everything. I started recollecting what my grandfather used to say. He always talked about a holistic approach to a healthy living.
My grandfather was my actual source of inspiration and motivation. Therefore, I decided to name my organic farm after his name “Kedar Nath Sah”.
Based on my knowledge, experience, research, analysis and golden advises from my grandfather,
I decided to follow 7 principles in my life since January 2021 and they are as follows: -
1. Yoga/ Meditation
2. Ayurveda
3. Chemical free lifestyle as much as possible
4. Close to nature as much as possible
5. Healthy food/ Food as a medicine/ Organic food
6. 36 hours of water fast once a week
7. Taking care of Inner Doctor i.e. Immune System

मेरा pura विश्वास है कि ये 7 सिद्धांत न केवल आपको स्वस्थ बनाएंगे बल्कि it can help to treat/prevent diseases like diabetes, cancer, lung problems, heart problems, overweight, constipation, anxiety, depression, and skin problems. इस यूट्यूब चैनल में सभी 7 सिद्धांतों पर एक-एक करके विस्तार से चर्चा करूंगा।
