How to Make a Winter Flower Wreath on a small UITC wreath board - DIY Winter Wreath Tutorial

Here is a quick summary of the supplies I used:
Small UITC wreath board (check out my affiliate link here: https://uniqueinthecreek.com/?wpam_id...)
24 pieces of deco mesh cut at 10x10"
Zip ties
White pom poms glued to a styrofoam ball for the center
