Keeping Faith actress Eve Myles shares some of her favourite trail running routes in Wales. Having always kept fit, running became her best friend when she had to learn Welsh from scratch for her role in Keeping Faith, as she listened to the pronunciation of her lines as she ran in the mornings. Eve runs through the town of Laugharne located on the south coast of Carmarthenshire in Wales, lying on the estuary of the River Tâf.

Filmed on the large sensor Sony Venice in 6k open gate raw, drone shots on the DJI Inspire 2 and finished in Davinci Resolve by Black Lab Films.
