1964 Ford Corsair 1500 GT . 6 Speed

I've just taken this very rare,genuine GT in part exchange from its last long term owner, who was a retired mechanic and long term Ford enthusiast .

Over the years he has treasured this car,as well as subtley upgrading it , primarly with the fitment of a Mazda 6 Speed gearbox, which cost him £6000 alone to fit . It now makes the car very usuable in modern traffic .. Purists need not worry, as i have all the original components .

In conversation today, the last owner was telling me he'd spent at least a further £10,000 on the car over the years . This work has been documented in a photographic history file.

Always well maintained,she presents very well throughout and runs and drives perfectly, and was driven back to base today .

The underside is very clean and rust free .

We have the original steel rims for the car and all the gearbox components

I am happy to arrange delivery and will take another classic vehicle in exchange .
