Inexpensive Crosskart Build Introduction

Here's the game plan and components to building an insanely inexpensive Crosskart that should still put a smile on your face and some adrenaline in your veins. This was a big takeaway from my trip to Busco beach; 420cc predators and tight budgets make for some serious fun. This is a challenge I am looking forward to.
