During the college football game between Northern Arizona and Sacramento State, the Northern Arizona return man caught the second half kickoff... from inside the one yard line and then stepped out of bounds. This meant the Lumberjacks had to start inside their own one yard line. It is likely that he was trying to catch the ball from out of bounds to draw a penalty, but both his feet were in bounds so the ball was spotted where he caught it.
