Sony FDR-x3000 External Battery and Helmet Mount - Record for Hours!

An External Battery and helmet mount for your Sony FDR-x3000 and Sony HDR-AS300. Record for hours and hours without running out of external battery power or having to change batteries. I used a new 21700 Li-ion battery cell with built-in battery protection to provide as much safety as possible. This external battery could be adapted for other action cameras like GoPro Hero 7 or GoPro Hero 8 cameras by adapting a USB-C plug. In fact it can be used for any action camera where you want long record times, more than the internal battery can provide. This Sony external battery can provide such long record times that you won't have to worry about having a battery die when riding. I also show how to make a Sony FDR-x3000 helmet mount for vlogging and an easy way to mount an external microphone in a helmet.
