Ingredients:

Konjac rice - better than rice

Procedure:

1. Wash and drain the konjac rice to remove the smell
2. In a boiling pot, pour the konjac rice
3. Cook for 3-5mins
4. Drain the konjac rice
5. Pan fry for additional 3-5mins until dry or you may cook it as a fried rice
6. Enjoy!
