New Bayshore Estate to have 10,000 homes, first two BTO projects to be launched in 2024

Singapore has unveiled plans for the new Bayshore Estate. The residential area will house around 10,000 new homes on a 60-hectare site in East Coast. Around 70% of the homes will be set aside for public housing, and the remaining for private homes and an integrated development. The first two Build-to-Order projects are slated to launch as soon as next year. The Bayshore Estate is slated to be fully completed in the mid-2030s.
