Chai seeds jam
Cook 500 grams of frozen fruit until it becomes mushy. You might need to help break down bigger chunks with a fork. Add 1–2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 3–5 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Cook until the sugar dissolves, then leave to cool. The jam will thicken as it sets.
