Dissatisfied with Where You Are in Life

We all have something in our lives we wish was different. We may have a lot of money, but we're lonely. We may have a huge family, but we're struggling financially. We may have money and family, but we or a loved one is sick or injured.

This is the nature of an ever changing universe. There will be ups and downs, twists and turns, and nothing will remain unchanged on this roller coaster of life. So why do we get so caught up in the negative side of the story?

It is the nature of the mind to fixate on perceived problems. This is really the creative spirit in human beings that has led to every innovation and solution we have ever discovered. But it has also led to immeasurable suffering.

So how can we get off of that roller coaster? How can we find peace in the chaos? How can use our creativity for good instead of unconsciously imagining worse-case scenarios all the time? What is the key to lasting peace and happiness? And how can we create the life that is meant for us?

In today's YouTube video, I talk about how we can break free from dark thoughts, love life in all its forms, and start building a brighter future in the here and now.
