♪ Flames of Destiny (Wagner) Retro-Synth REMIX (Under Night In Birth)

This is a remix / cover of Wagner's theme "Flame and Destiny" from Under Night In-Birth. Watch this unique take on Wagner's theme played on piano, keyboard, synth and keytar mixed with some retro 8 bit samples for a nostalgic flare! (pun un-intended)

I'm happy how this cover came out. It has a grand/epic feel with all of the orchastral sounds that I used. Wagner's theme is one of my favorite songs in UNIST so I wanted to take my time on this one!

This one was really fun to make because a new friend gifted me they're old keyboard - the Yamaha MX49. This thing is a beast! I found some epic string sounds that helped bring this remix to life!

I also use the Casio CT-X 3000 for various harpsichord and bell sounds.

The mini keyboard I wear is the Yamaha DX-7 reface. This mini synth is fun to play like a guitarist!

Lastly my large 88 key keyboard is the Yamaha P-105 for some solid piano sounds and feel.
