I have taken out the Locran's Amulet, as a Frigid finesse or Exploit Amulet is better than Locrans; especially since we are reaching 100% crit chance without it through inner sight. Crown of Lucion was not optimal in my initial setup, but it is optimal here; however, Crown lacks defenses. If you find yourself dying alot with crown on, a Shako or a normal Legendary helm with Aspect of Might should help with that. Emeralds over Rubies in the armor is just a personal choice, either one works. Also, the life roll on the amulet would ideally be either Malice ranks or Attack speed, probably attack speed priority to help reach the cap without the use of Elixir of Advantage.
