This is called VHLS (Vandenbergh-Harris Last Slot). A subset of ZBLS (302 algs). This method allows you to orientate all the last layer edges simultaneity while inserting your last pair. It is a great addition if you're learning COLL or ZBLL, OR if you are lazy and don't feel like learning full OLL (57 algs).
