I received this set in PR - thank you Zoya! These polishes do NOT need a white base coat underneath, which is rare for neon polish!

I struggled to show the full neon color in the video - the thumbnail picture is the most accurate representation. I still wanted to show demos on how each one applied, and give my thoughts on each color.

Also forgot to mention, the green stained my nails a bit since I wore it without a base coat. That might not happen with a base coat, but just fyi if you don't like stained nails. The other colors didn't stain at all.
