Telford parkrun | October 2021 | Review and Vlog

We ran the Telford parkrun, a 5km walk, jog or run around Telford Town Park. We joined nearly 400 other runners for this fantastic timed event. The course is two loops around the park and is quite a flat, fast course mostly on tarmac footpaths.
