For Amenoma and Blackcliff don't use the Blizzard + Gladiator artifact because the set used will have a lack crit rate. The best set from full blizzard already represents the blizzard + gladiator set, because if it's built, it will only get Crit DMG around 190% but with slightly bigger attack. This will produce damage that is not much different from full Blizzard.
