1. You need a large down payment. ❌
-No, you can buy a home with as little as 3% down. And there are even programs specific to certain neighborhoods that allow you to put down as little as $1000! Yes, you need money to purchase a home, and in this competitive market it's even more important to have savings BUT you don't have to be Daddy Warbucks!

2. "It's too expensive to buy a home right now." ❌
-No, what's expensive is paying someone else's mortgage (i.e. renting) 😬 . Waiting for prices to "go down" is not realistic. Competition? Yes, this fluctuates w/ the seasons, but waiting for prices to decrease will likely cause you to pay more in the long run.

3. The market is going to crash. ❌
-There is no data to suggest this concern at this time. As long as you have a great advisor by your side (like us!) and you plan to stick around for a while, you should be just fine. 😊
