This is the True ending of the Resident Evil 7 demo, which includes all the secrets (the giggles and respective murder sites and the Dirty Coin). I avoided picking up unnecessary items (like the valve or the handgun) or interacting with objects that are not obligatory because sometimes doing this while in the middle of solving a mystery seems to cancel some of the giggle triggers. I got two ghost sightings, one on the stairs and one in the room under the stairs. The video basically shows you what to do to trigger all giggles and activate the murder sites.
