Note 1:
For several critical reasons, the round metal plate must be installed during the kit assembly process.
For step-by-step guidance and visual reference, please consult the YouTube video detailing the kit assembly.
Firstly, this component functions as part of the tonearm’s electromagnetic shielding, contributing to proper noise isolation and signal integrity.
Secondly, the supplied screw lengths have been calibrated to account for the presence of this plate.
Omitting the plate may result in excessive screw depth, which can compromise mechanical stability or lead to improper mounting.

Note 2:
The RCA Kit is shipped by default with the ground switch set to the "INTERNAL GROUND ON" position.
In this position, an external ground wire is not required.

You can choose to use either an internal or an external ground connection via a switch.
Wires are color-coded for easy assembly.
The position of the RCA kit can be adjusted so that the cables exit from the most convenient side for the user.
This kit is compatible with all Technics SL-12XX models except the new GAE, G, GR, and MK7 models.
No permanent modifications are required for the turntable; the mounting process is fully reversible.
A 1.4-meter flexible silicone ground cable is included.
