This is how a Kilim or Oriental Rug is professionally cleaned. The Kilim Rug had pet stains due to a customer's dog being ill. The dog vomited and urinated on the rug leaving a large stains and a foul urine odour.
The customer attempted to clean the pet stains i.e. vomit and urine from the Persian Kilim Rug with everyday household cleaning products, this resulted in large, visible patches where the cleaning products had been used.
The customer eventually contacted Mr Jones' Cleaning Company- who has a specialist Oriental & Persian rug cleaning studio based in Cardiff, South Glamorgan, Wales.
