Best Classic WoW Grind Spot in my experience so far. The materials got so expensive and with a bit of luck you can go from rags to riches over night.
Most of the materials will be used in crafting frost resistance gear and frost protection potions for Naxxramas, also used as currency for tier 3 sets. Prices went up with the release of Phase 6.
