The list could have easily kept going with what Jordan spoke about and covered within her episode. As the host of the episode, I genuinely took away so many concepts, key terms and took the time to reflect as I spoke to Jordan. It's important to reflect upon our own work, our own behaviours and how we can continue to support those that we manage, lead, coach and educate. I considered what Jordan was saying from an educator and coaching perspective as she spoke, but also reflected upon the conversation of how I could use this work to support others within teams I work in.
