I deleted TikTok and here's how it went ...

Hiii everyone~

So, I finally decided to delete TikTok this year because I was wayyy too addicted to the app😅 I documented my progress after deleting it and did a LOT of reflecting so I hope you can learn something from this video:)

FYI I'm not trying to spread hate towards the app, I'm just showing how social media apps can sometimes be damaging for our mental health so it's important to take breaks from them.
