4) What are the steps to starting and running a business? Firstly, You must register at the Chamber of Commerce. To do that you must:

• Have a business plan
• Have decided on a business name and legal form.
Secondly, if your company need to be incorporated you must do that through a notarial deed. You will have to make an appointment with a notary beforehand.
