The first one you see is the very first collage I ever made, a year ago.
2025 was a hard, exhausting year — but also a beautiful and transformative one.
I started art journaling in January 2025 due to a heavy medical treatment that left me struggling to speak properly and with very limited fine motor skills.
Art journaling became my way to express myself when words failed — and, without even realizing it at first, a form of rehabilitation.
Six months later, Journaling with Tea was born.
Opening my old notebooks today feels strange and emotional.
I used to hate that first collage.
Now I see it differently — as the very first step of this journey.
Growth doesn’t always look pretty at first.
But it’s still growth 🤍
