Navigating the corporate world as a neurodivergent person involves a lot of masking, but it's time to embrace my true self. It's important to discuss challenges in the workplace, and to increase autism awareness. I am autistic and want to succeed while being my authentic self, championing neurodiversity in the process.

I am a Vice President of Marketing (CMO) in a company that employs 30000 people and I am autistic. I started at the bottom of the corporate ladder and I have climbed to be heading Marketing for the whole company. And I have managed to do this, while being autistic. I have masked a lot over the years but I mask less and less because I think it's important to show people that neurodiversity can take many different forms and doesn't have to be a barrier to success.

In the corporate world, there's often an expectation to conform, but what if success isn't about fitting in, but rather embracing our differences? Join me on my journey as I share my experiences navigating the corporate landscape as a neurodivergent individual, specifically, on the autism spectrum.
