Has been just over 9 months since my Schizoid Personality Disorder diagnosis. Here's an update on how I'm doing, how therapy's going, my current thoughts on what caused me to be like this, and some related issues including my physical health, mood, trauma, and dissociation.

I get a bit confused towards the end talking about dissociation. I think that's because I've talked about it too much this week.

The second time, I was just focusing on the idea of seeing a Dissociative Identity Disorder specialist:    • My psychologist wants me to see a DID spec...  
So yeah I missed a few things I think, mentioned how my derealisation might be due to adult trauma, but didn't get back to talking about where my identity issues might come from. Might have to make a video just about trauma at some point idk. I realise I also forgot to talk about the feelings exercise in relation to dissociation. Ah well, that's what I get for not having a script! XD
