I have used cake crumbles to make it more attractive .The cake is soft and delicious and packed with the flavour of fresh mangoes. it is very simple and easy method and ingredients used here are easily available in our kitchen. Ingredients
for cake batter

All purpose flour 1.5 cup (180 gm)
Grinded Sugar 3/4 cup (120 gm)
unflavored oil 1/3 cup (80 ml)
Milk powder 4 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1/4 tsp
Curd 1/2cup (100 gm)
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Milk ½ cup
Yellow Food Colour - 3 to 4 drops (you can also use turmeric powder)

For Mango Syrup -
1 cup Mango Puree
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup water
1 lemon Juice

For Cream ,
1 l full cream milk
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
