Video Conversion using Southtree - Trip to New Zealand and Hobbiton

I have a big box filled with old Hi8 and other videotapes. I tested a Hi8 tape of our trip to New Zealand from 2003 with a service southtree.com. They ship you 2 big boxes (don't throw them away) and then you put a label they send on the tape and put them in the box. It comes with an instruction book to help you.

I am pleased with the quality and the process. With a discount, it will cost me $350 for my 40 tapes. A Christmas present for hubby!
