Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar has sparked controversy by criticising recent bridge collapses in Maharashtra and Gujarat, questioning India's economic aspirations. He remarked, 'We can understand we are heading towards the third largest economy, but our buildings are collapsing and bridges are falling now.'
