Planning Meals for Two People | A Freezer Prep Day

Today I'm sharing my meal prep routine for two people. I portion out proteins like chicken and pork into smaller sizes and season them with crispy coatings and marinades. Once the meats are seasoned and portioned I'll store them in the freezer until I need them.
