How to Change Transmission Oil - Harley Softail Rocker C - Easy

In this video we'll take you through a step by step demonstration on how to change the transmission fluid on a Harley Davidson Softail Rocker,

The same process applies to pretty much all Twin Cam Softail years & models with stock OEM 5 speed and 6 speed transmissions.

This is something you can do yourself to save money. Hopefully you find our videos helpful and entertaining.

Things you're going to need are:

New Transmission Oil for your machine (Please check owners manual for specifications)

A Small funnel
Oil Drain pan
Ratchet/Wrench
Ratchet extension
1/4" Hex Socket - drain plug
1/4" Hex Key - drain plug
3/8" Hex socket - filler plug
Rag for drips and spills

And if possible, a bike lift/jack stand.

Please make sure to check your owners/service manual for the proper fluid level check procedure, fluid capacity and fluid type for your transmission.
