Incredible Machine Embroidery Results Using HEAVY Thread (12wt) - Hatch Digitizing Tutorial

Welcome to the Machine Embroidery Lab! Where imagination and creation collide. Be sure to join John in this video as he lets his experiments run wild & creates an incredible embroidered effect using Hatch, that you likely haven't seen before.

Testing software, machines, techniques, and products are what makes this job so much fun! Tune into this video to see what happens when you take a Flexi-Fill ESA font or design, a piece of PVC-backed poly twill, a 12wt thread and combine them all together on an embroidery machine.

The most impressive part of this project is that the design has approximately 16,000 stitches, ran at 1000 stitches per minute, and the result looks like anything but traditional embroidery. I know this unique technique is a new card in my deck and the wheels are now in motion. We can't wait to see what else can be created!
