We, the 2019 batch of veterinary students of IIVER rohtak are facing a distressing situation within our institution. Chairman Bhupender Singh Malik has exploited and threatened us, creating an unbearable learning environment. We possess audio recordings that unequivocally capture his threats of physical harm, manipulation of exam results, and tampering with attendance records

In September, we filed a complaint with the Veterinary Council of India (VCI) against Chairman Malik, using anonymous names due to fear of retaliation. However, rather than addressing our concerns, Chairman Malik openly threatened us, stating that we would face dire consequences if we did not reveal our identities. Following this incident, we were unfairly suspended for a week and subjected to punitive measures, including being forced to sit outdoors in extreme summer conditions for the entire day.

Moreover, the harassment has escalated to endangering our safety, with instances of our vehicles' tires being punctured or even cut, leaving us vulnerable during our commute to the college, which is nearly 16 kilometers away.

The toxic environment created by the administration has made it impossible for us to continue our studies at IIVER College. Therefore, we earnestly request the intervention of the university to facilitate our transfer to a safer and more supportive educational environment. We seek your assistance in ensuring that our academic pursuits are not compromised by the hostile conditions at IIVER College.
