Our Moroccan Twist on Southern Grits! We use traditional Moroccan couscous in place of grits to make a delicious, southern staple of cheese grits in this Lockdown Travel Vlog.

Couscous is made of semolina flour, which is wheat-based, and is basically a type of pasta. On the other hand, grits are made from corn, so they flavor and texture will be different in from traditional grits, but that's what we want!
