Ingredients
For the Marinade:

2 tbsp - Plain yoghurt
1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
1 tsp - Amchoor - Mango Powder
1 tsp - Salt
1 tbsp - Kastoori Methi - Dried Fenugreek Leaves
2 tbsp - Chopped Fresh Coriander / Cilantro
1 tsp - Fresh Garlic Crushed
1 tsp - Fresh Ginger Crushed
3-4 Fresh Green Chillis Finely Chopped
1 tbsp - Sweet Mango Chutney
1 tbsp - Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tbsp - Fresh Lime Juice

This Amount of Marinade will coat up to 500g of King/Tiger Prawns!
