PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: THE CURSE OF THE BLACK PEARL (2003) MOVIE REACTION - FIRST TIME WATCHING

Welcome to my first-time watching as we react to Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003). What an incredible thrill ride this film was! The set pieces were incredible, the action was exhilarating and the cast was phenomenal. Director Gore Verbinski did a fantastic job with this.


In this action-packed Disney classic, we follow the story of a savvy pirate Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) and a daring blacksmith that goes by the name Will Turner (Orlando Bloom) who team up to rescue the governor's daughter Elizabeth Swann (Keira Knightley) from cursed pirates. From epic sword fights to supernatural mysteries, we'll explore the magic that makes this film a beloved masterpiece.

Geoffrey Rush does such a great job as our main antagonist. His Captain Hector Barbossa leaves a lasting impression and is what I was hoping for when coming into this pirate tale.
