In this short video tutorial, Alan Sayers of the Sligo Leitrim Mountain Rescue Team tells you how to administer basic First Aid to an injured party during a hike. He tells us about the A, B, Cs of basic First Aid. He also describes how to keep a casualty warm to offset hypothermia and what to do should you suspect that a casualty has suffered a back, neck or head injury.
