We are one of Southeast Europe's biggest energy companies, prominent in exploration, production and refining of oil and gas, as well as retail, wholesale and distribution of petroleum products both in Serbia and the region. We produce around 1.7 million tons of oil and gas from the fields in Serbia, and are also involved in exploration in Bosnia & Herzegovina, Romania and Hungary. Our retail network with around 400 filling stations operates in 4 countries -- Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Romania and Bulgaria. Recently, we have completed modernisation of our refinery in Serbian Pančevo, allowing us to produce Euro-5 quality fuel. Gazprom Neft is a major shareholder of NIS, followed by the Serbian government. NIS shares are traded on Belgrade Stock Exchange. Our representative offices operate in Russia, Croatia, Belgium, and we are also involved in some projects in Angola and Turkmenistan.
