Ground Staff Jobs
Customer Service Agent
You might be given a scenario where you need to handle a difficult passenger, manage a booking issue,
or respond to a complaint. The assessment will evaluate your communication skills, patience, problem-solving ability, and customer service orientation.
Check In Agent
You may be asked how you would handle specific situations like overbooked flights, special requests from passengers, or handling passengers with special needs.
Baggage Handler
Baggage handling is a physically demanding job, you might have to undergo a physical fitness test.This could include lifting and moving baggage of various weights to assess your physical strength
and endurance.You might be assessed on your ability to safely and efficiently operate equipment like baggage carts and conveyor belts.
Ramp Agent
You might be given a written or practical test on safety procedures and protocols for ramp operations. You could be assessed on your ability to perform tasks such as marshaling aircraft, securing aircraft doors, and coordinating with the flight crew.
Ticketing Agent
Ticketing agents might be tested on their proficiency with the airline’s reservation system. Security Staff

Load Controller
